I attended the massive annual LandPro urban development symposium in Vaughan on Wednesday, March 4. The event focused on the drivers for the continuing massive development boom in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The negative factors that impact this growth including federal government fiscal, monetary strategies, immigration, demographic trends and market demand forces.

We used the term “SimCity on Steroids” to explain how SMart Pixel’s on-line tool helps developers, architects and municipal governments. They use map based graphics to tell the story of development to prospective condominium purchasers, office retailers, tenants, and stakeholders.
