The massive annual Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) convention took place in Toronto March 2-4, 2020 in the shadow of the growing global coronavirus crisis. Wasser Resources has supported the mining and resource development sectors and northern Indigenous communities with renewable energy generation technolgies (solar photovoltaic shingle roofing power, run-of-river hydro-electric power, solar hot water) and computerized maintenance management system technologies.
The biggest news at the conference was the announcement of a proposed Government of Ontario road north to the Martin Falls First Nation Martin community on the southern edge of the massive mining resource rich Ring of Fire area of central Ontario.
In addition, there was considerable discussion about American and Canadian interest in developing mines and refining capabilities for the suppy of strategicly important materials needed for the IT and green sector, for everything from solar panels to cell phone manufacturing.
